Fabregas may move to United

Jose Mourinho may make a move for Cesc Fabregas if ever the Spanish midfielder becomes surplus to requirement at Chelsea.

Indeed with the arrival of N’GoloKante who will probably be playing in the defensive midfield position, Fabregas may find it difficult to get playing time at Chelsea. And when you know that the Stamford Bridge side already have players such as Hazard, Oscar, Matic and Willian already in the team, you can understand the dilemma that Conte will be facing when it comes to choosing his midfield.

Jose Mourinho is prepared to save him some troubles by proposing to take Cesc Fabregas to Manchester United. The Portuguese manager has always been an admirer of the Spanish midfielder and may be tempted to bring him to Old Trafford. Although Manchester United are rumored to be interested in Paul Pogba, they might be discouraged by the amount of money demanded by Juventus. They will feel that Fabregas will cost much less and has the added advantage of having already made a name in the Premier League.

However, there are pundits who believe that the deal will not go through especially with people believing that Cesc Fabregas was an instrumental figure in getting the manager sacked from Chelsea. Indeed the Spanish playmaker form was quite poor when he played under Jose Mourinho at Chelsea, and he amazingly played better when he left Chelsea.

However, It is believed that Mourinho is prepared to forget about this incident and allow the player to join Manchester United as he is desperately looking for a quality midfielder to boost the Manchester United midfield. Ideally, he wants to finish his transfer business ahead of the new season so that he can have time to prepare his team.
